IC Bronze Assessment [March 20th] - Panel 1

Description
Welcome to your Industrial Cadets Bronze Project Assessment Panel.

For the last 12 weeks groups of Year 8/9 students have been working with industry partners to complete STEM projects as Industrial Cadets Bronze Project teams. The primary aim of this scheme is to provide an opportunity for students to develop key skills for learning, life and work while engaging with real-life professionals from industry, informing their subject choices and inspiring a future in STEM.

Each team has been asked to write a report, provide evidence of a model/ideas poster, and give a 5-minute presentation on their project. As an assessor, we ask that you read through and look at each team's submissions prior to attending the live assessment, where teams have the option to give their presentation live and answer any questions you have about their work. Following this, your panel of assessors will provide feedback on each project and have the chance to nominate teams for Bronze Project Award trophies.

At the end of the scheme, students will graduate as Bronze-level Industrial Cadets, a nationally recognised award that celebrates their hard work, experience and engagement with industry while supporting their future applications. We thank you for your time and support in helping these students develop and make such incredible achievements!
