IC Gold Assessment [May 10th] - Panel 1 2024

Description
Welcome to your Industrial Cadets Gold Project Assessment Panel.

For the last 20 weeks groups of Year 12 students have been working with industry partners to complete STEM projects as Industrial Cadet Gold Project teams. The primary aim of this scheme is to provide an opportunity for students to experience working on an extended project, developing key employability skills and gaining a unique insight into industry to inspire their future careers in STEM.

Each team has been asked to write a report and provide evidence of a model they have produced in line with their project brief. As an assessor, we ask that you read through and look at each team's work prior to attending the live assessment, where teams will give a further 10-minute presentation on their projects. Following this, your panel of assessors will provide feedback on each project and have the chance to nominate teams for Gold Project Award trophies.

At the end of the scheme all students will graduate as Gold-level Industrial Cadets - a nationally recognised award that celebrates their hard work, experience and engagement with industry. We thank you for your time and support in helping these students develop and make such excellent achievements!
