The Future Skills Programme: Careers in STEM

Description
The Future Skills Programme: Careers in STEM is a comprehensive experience delivered virtually in February. Students can explore STEM careers in four key pathways and see how they can develop and document their skills for both successful applications and how to succeed in the workplace.

The course will include a series of live sessions including live Q&A sessions with STEM professionals, understanding how to make successful applications and how to succeed in the workplace. They will also hear from apprentices and universities about opportunities available in STEM.

At the end of the scheme, students graduate as Bronze-level Industrial Cadets, a nationally recognised award that students can use as evidence of their experience and take forward to complement their future applications and career journeys.
